WHAT Is Recover?

At rhythm ride, we believe in working hard and resting hard. the use of heat and cold exposure are incredibly effective ways for the body to recover. therefore, we offer 2 different “recovery” options:

  1. Infrared Sauna:

    • 20 minute Infrared sauna session

    • Benefits: detox, immune boosting, relaxation, muscle recovery, youthful skin, improved sleep

  2. Cold Plunge:

    • :30 - 5 min cold water exposure

    • Benefits: muscle recovery, Immune support, anti-imflammatory, mood boosting, pain relief, stress relief, improved sleep

What else do I need to know? 

WHAT TO WEAR : WEAR A swim suit and bring a change of warm clothes

WHAT TO BRING: Beach towel and WATER BOTTLE ( we have a tap in the studio for refills)

WHERE TO PARK: PARKING IS AVAILABLE in the hive shopping center. if you have a “local parking pass” you may also park on the meters along the frontage road or on Laguna Canyon road

UPON ARRIVAL : COME about 2 min early *if you are using the sauna and then plunge you must first rinse before entering the pluge

BE SURE TO HYDRATE : YOU'RE GOING TO TO SWEAT SO MAKE SURE YOU DRINK PLENTY OF WATER BEFORE AND AFTER.
